I am creating a team in FM with my friends and I wanted to add the pictures in the game in the same format as DF11, how can I do that?

Hello everyone, I am trying to create my hometown club here on FM, since it is a very amateur club it doesn't exist in the game, however, I have its logo and would like to add it to the game with the same style as the others (metallic), can anyone help me? 

Below is posted the original logo of the club
