see no.1 which year you play?? and you mean 3rd missing in match day game? or not showing 3rd in information?

See no,4 on first post. have to wait till we done for FM13.

I don't know if I got the point.

I'm playing FM13. I dump default kits in Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2013\graphics\pictures\kits\default.

game freezes as soon as I click on team name when I have SS default kits in graphics folder.
