#693433 Mod option not available on game pass

I recently bought a new Windows 11 PC and decided to install FM 2022 from GamePass. I wanted to add a lot of the editor files i.e kits, kits etc. But the instructions advise to allow mods from the xbox app. But I don't seem to have this option? See attached.
What am I doing wrong??
