Hello all,

Had an idea while waling home from school the other day about restructuring the African continent so that it functions similarly to Europe in respects to money, TV rights, youth comp, etc. Essentially I want to play in Nigeria and take a team from the bottom division to the top, enjoy the spoils of rich first division money while competing for Champions League (or Europa equivalent), for even more fame and money. 

I dabble a little with the editor so I know this would be a huge job. Does something like this already exists? Would I have to do it myself? Would anyone like to help?
