@HRiddick Can I also improve something on the chin? I can't do that with the Green Tool, there is no change

That action only works for greens... highlight the area, go to Adjustments>Hue/Saturation, select Cyans/Blues and have a play around with the tools to see what works

Yes it's gone, but don't you think that the skin tone looks a bit strange, or am I just imagining it because the picture has a not so good quality?

It'll never look 100% perfect but I think it looks a lot better to me from the second result!

In this picture the sun reflects the color of the green jersey on the chin. i tried that with the repair tool, but it always looked like a mutilation.

Hi mate, I have a Photoshop Action I use regularly for just this problem. Follow this link to download a selection of actions I use and load them into Photoshop. The one you're looking for is called "Green Gone". Just select the area on the chin using the lasso tool, play the action and the skin tones should look much more realistic
