I haven't had the time to stay active in the FM community of late. I didn't even get FM15 yet, and doubt that I'll get around to invest either time or money into this years edition.
As for the hairpack. I can't promise anything. I do have a quite a lot done for a future version, but I don't know if I will find the time to finalize what I have and make a good update. Glad to see you guys have found that it works with FM15 as is, as I thought they might have made some changes to the system this year. I remember seeing a screenshot early that suggested they had added facial hair, and thought that would mess with my pack (forcing me to separate the facial hair styles and add them to a new category, or something).
Hope you all can enjoy the version currently available for now, and we'll see when I can get back into my "FMing ways"....

Verify cache through Steam should restore the originals.
You could also download the OLT Default Replacements file, and just use that config file as that is the original (don't copy the hairs if you only want the original .xml)

I believe the changing of hairstyles during gameplay is actually a bug, and it does still happen occasionally even when installing this pack.
