Max 3 request here in the individual forums, dude!
Guessing these are all Fluminense players... what you need to do is collect them all, name them with their Unique ID's and zip them up. Then post in the Team Request forum (according to rules there). Also - ensure that all pictures will REALLY result in improvements or are previously missing.
EDIT: Scrap the above!

Why not?
It is clearly a more recent picture, since the current MP image hasn't been updated since 3.10. It also a perfectly good image for cutting with quality.
