No. Following that link, there are two "Download Complete Pack" buttons, as shown here: http://prntscr.com/vi4wea
Clicking either one takes me back to https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/megapack/361 where there is no option to download the torrent.

A member on the Discord did share the torrent file with me, so I am currently in the process of downloading it.

I can't get the torrent file for the whole facepack. I followed the instructions in the first post of this topic, but after clicking the "Download Complete Pack" button, it takes me to https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/megapack/361 and there is nothing on that page indicating a torrent download: http://prntscr.com/vi41z7. Pressing the "Download Now" button just takes me back to https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/1/download
