Apparently we're trying to offload Steven Taylor and bring in a established centre back? Along with another striker. Can safely say if we do that it'll have been one of the better transfer windows of my life time.

I dread to think the length of Pardew's next contract extension if that ever happened.

He dives around a lot, and spends a lot of time pretending to be injured only to be up and playing again a few minutes later.

He's an exceptional talent, clearly - but he's unfortunately got a poor attitude and comes across to me as if he's already made it.

Could be one of the best midfielders this country has produced if he knuckles down and as you say goes back to basics. He has a lot of heart and passion but seems to be a massive wimp at the same time - it's weird. Needs to man up a little bit, I think.

I do like him though, he gets a lot of stick and I usually defend him. He just needs to start producing more regularly.

I'm not too unhappy with us selling Darlow, depending on the money and who we get next year to replace him. More annoyed with the Lascelles sale, he has real quality.

Supposed to be 5m for the pair of them.

If you mean Ancelotti is the best manager in the world then I'm not bothering dignifying it with a reply.

If you mean he sacked Ancelotti despite him having a good season then I'd agree it was a strange move however Mourinho is the best in the world.

Fancy Swansea or Newcastle for a top 10 finish, both odds against.

Relegation wise, West Brom at 3/1 look good odds. Not really bought many quality players in and the manager is inexperienced.

Looking at match bets for a bit of value myself, Newcastle to beat Southampton was odds against, unsure if it still will be - maybe wait until they sign some players.

Thinking of lumping on a Real Madrid-Chelsea double, though.
