In order to use the database you need to go into Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2023. Then create two folders, one named Editor Data and one named Graphics.
Copy and paste the AFC RICHMOND DATABASE into the Editor folder.
Then copy and paste the Kits, Faces, Logo, Stadium and Background folders into the folder named Graphics.

I loaded it up with and without the Sortitoutsi Data update and the Facepacks match the ID's. Maybe there are other Editor files loaded in game?

Dont know if this is any good for you as I know its the FC12 version but I had a crack at it from pics from Google. Couldn't get a good version of the left hand badge from any where so just put the Team Logo there. Also put the Sponsor PNG if you need it.
