I think you have to wait until midnight tonight to actually install it, all you have done is register it with steam ready for downloading

How do I get the new stadium backgrounds working with this skin, Tried everything but nothing seems to work? It's a shame as this is by far my fav skin

You wont be able to yet as the skin doesnt have transparancy tiling, eventually there will be a skin to allow you to see stadium backgrounds
