Basically as soon as the download is finished a tool bar pops up with this : C:users\peter\downloads\3ligager SS'13-14.rar and then underneath that it says "application not found".

I've been trying to start up a game as RB Leipzig in Germany and have been trying to get the kits and stadium background done but every time i download the Kits I get notified that the application is not found. I have download kits, facepack, stadium etc before for the game but now it is saying this. Does anyone have any ideas what i can do to fix this?
