I have a player in my Leeds team I bought from Brazil some time ago. He's in his 6th season at my club and recently gained citizenship. I am also the England manager and would love him to play for England. He has never been called up of capped by Brazil at any level. I'm wondering why he's not eligable for England?

He's not 'declared for nation'. He is a home grown player as has trained at my club for '3 years between 15-21'

I've just been playing FM2012 and wondered how old my chairman was, hoping that he may soon get a bit old and want to leave. I finally worked out how to find out his age and thought I'd scroll through some other clubs. When I got onto Manchester United I noticed that Malcom Glazer is still MD at the age of 99 and Bobby Charlton is still a director at 89!?
Maybe time to step down??
