Quick clarification: from here (this Data Update editor) we can only handle staff—meaning we can assign them to work for a national team (coach/analyst/physio, etc.), not change anyone’s nationality. It also doesn’t apply to players already in SI’s official database, and changing it here won’t affect a player’s nationality.
For players in the SI DB, the only way is the free pre-game Editor. Create a single file with your changes and they’ll apply when you start a new save. Thanks 🙏🙂

@Club Almagro "Osasuna Promesas" is the name of Osasuna’s reserve team — basically, it’s Osasuna B. According to BDFutbol (https://www.bdfutbol.com/en/j/j209324.html), Diego Espejo has played 31 matches for Osasuna Promesas, so I think it would make more sense to include him under that team. That said, if there’s a different criterion being used to keep Dani Espejo (or players in similar situations) listed under the main Osasuna team, then apologies 😅 Thanks for your work!
