A lot of players came in on loan, a few not even my choice as they were sent over here by our Parent Club. Hopefully I made the squad a bit better, only time will tell!
We started the month off with the same bad form that we finished the other. Thankfully we managed to go three games unbeaten! That is only the second time we did so this season and to do it after 4 straight wins is surely promising.
I don't think we will get relegated. We just need to have a good finish to this terrible season for me to be happy now. The finances are still terrible but hopefully we can manage to put a smile on the fans' faces!

As you can see, we had a terrible run of form these two months. Everything that I tried changing just made it worse! Red cards and injuries didn't help either...
We are currently in 11th as you can see, not at all where I thought we would be! We have the coming month to strengthen our defence and especially I will look to bring a strong keeper!
The board accepted these offers for two very improtant players! The Chuchon deal was probably the better of the two seeing as we have the 50% of profit clause. Sanchez deal had no closes so not the best. I don't understand why our finances are so bad! The only way to cut the losses is to sell our players and due to the amount of youth, many are only on £190-£230 p/w

Not a bad start I guess. Just a shame that we have drawn half our games and conceded so many! Hopefully we can sort out our problems at the back in the next window!
Mid table, but not quite what I was hoping for. Hopefully we can manage to string together a few wins to get us top half!

Preseason 2020
It has been a long break so I had to keep the players fresh with a lot of friendlies! We did alright and the last few games were just to get the players happy by winning!
A lot of transfers have been made with many leaving the club! We have brought in £105k in transfer money which is great. It really helped us keep the debt from growing and hopefully we will be able to pay it off soon!
Predicted to finish fifth. I will be very happy if we stick to the prediction.
This is our squad for the season. I am very happy with the signing we have made! Hope they do well!

Despite getting a win in the first game, we didn't manage to get the other games right and we ended the season in a bad feeling.
Hoped to finish mid-table after a promising start to life in Peru! Hopefully we can better this next season.
You can easily see how underwhelming this season has been by our top scorer.
Alright. Changes will have to be made for the coming season! We are only allowed 4 foreigners in the team so I will need to see who I let go of in order to strengthen in the key areas. Currently our 4 are: Betancur, Fernandez, Arrieta and Amut. The only player I am really looking forward to keeping here is Betancur as he was great at RM for us.
This club is famous for its youth products and I am going to do my best to keep it like that. I will look to balance the team between youth players, foreigners and maybe 5 players that have experience.

A month to forget really! Three losses in a row really had me worrying but thankfully we managed to finish with a decent win (despite only scoring a penalty in that game). The match against Leon de Huanuco was really frustrating with us, again, making a 1-0 lead into a 2-1 loss!
Well, we dropped down one place and we are 8 clear of the drop. Only 9 points to be won so I think it is fair to say we are safe this season!

These are the players we brough in on the final day of the transfer window. I know it is a lot of players but they are all in positions that we really lacked depth in and it is always good when you pay nothing for them!
Finances here aren't great really. The club have put in £150k so it seems like they are really trying to help. Hopefully we can use the amazing youth products that come through here to get the club back in the black. Just another aim that I set myself.
Well, on to the games! We had a brilliant start with three wins in five! Our only loss came to the team sitting in first place so I didn't really expect much of that game.
It was a bit of a shame though because we were leading up until the 83rd minute when they scored 2 goals in a minute.
Despite a very good month, we only went up two spots into 10th. Not bad I guess but it could have been a little better really. We are now 9 points off the drop and I am really hoping to secure our safety in the coming month!

Youth Intake!
This is what I like! So much potential in this squad and I am hoping they are here to stay.

Academia Deportiva Cantolao
The club is currently all the way down in 12th place. Only 2 points above a relegation spot, so it would be our task to get clear from the drop! Nothing else but avoiding the drop.
About the City:
A city on the shore of Peru, what else could we ask for? Not even a million people in the city but I am sure most of them will know who I am before too long. Well, if they won't know our 2317 km drive wouldn't be worth it.
About the Club:
One Second Division title not too long ago in 2016. The club had been struggling a bit since then but I am hoping to get us back up! All I need is someone like Claudio Pizzaro who is one of the players to come through the academy.
The club is looking good and there are good youth players here as well. Really looking forward to my time here! Just need to bring in a RB and a LB is we don't have more than one player in each position. Bad thing is that I only just came in on the last day of the window so I have very little time to get this sorted!

Final Stage 2019 - Final
We had nothing to show over the two legs. All of our chances were terribly taken and we paid for that.
Moreno was such a good player for this level. Too bad the others weren't as good as him!
The club is losing money in a rapid pace. This means that we really won't be able to get anywhere any time soon.
A few things brought me to this decision. First, the finances. We couldn't put up a fight without any money at all. We were losing a lot of cash every day and I could do nothing against it. If I had a couple of stars to sell it would have been helful but our highest rated player was worth £8.75k. Second reason is the long break they have in Bolivia. Don't want to waste 5 months of my managerial career if I can go to another team.

Final Stage Semi Final 2019
I thought we were out after losing the first game, and was certain about it when we went down to 10 men in the 21st minute. I was so happy when Moreno scored and that we managed to hold on to the lead!
I am so glad that we finished first in our group! That is what took us through. I thought it was away goals at first but it doesn't really matter, as long as we are in the final!

And our great form continues! Didn't see it being this easy but our guys really did well. Some really good wins really.
Finishing top is great because it means that we will go up against whoever finished second in the other group!
They have been playing very well this season but have lost twice in their group. If we manage to grab a win in the first game, away from home, I can see us winning the tie!

Again, just some games to get the match fitness up before the break is over!
We brought in two players that will fill in the RM spot that we are lacking a natural player in. The thrid player was brought in as a third choice ST just incase the two we already have get injured!

First Stage 2018
Well, it isn't hard to see that we have done amazingly well in the beginning of the season! Didn't see this coming really. That it would have been harder.
I wanted to finish in the top three and I am so happy that we managed to finish in the top spot! Didn't think we could do it after the first (and only) loss to Real America but the players have done so well!
This is our group for the Promotion Stage! Going by our results we shouldn't find it too hard finishing in one of the two spots that will take us to the Final Stage.

Preseason 2018
Not really fussed about the games really as they were just to get the match fitness up after a huge break!
I let the last two players go because they asked me to do so and I didn't want the morale to be low during the season. Kukocis probably our most improtant player. I just wanted to make the squad bigger, as well as bringing some experienced players.
Better I think. Just hope they play like their potential suggest!

It took a month and a bit for me to find a new club. I had around 8 interviews but one team came back to me. When they offered me the contract I decided that I want in straight away! I left my hotel in Venezuela and went off on a new adventure!
Club Destroyers
The season won't be starting soon. We have almost four months to prepare ourselves! Hopefully we can do better than the team did last season which was the Relegation Playoff. Top 3 is a must for me!
About the City:
A long journey down south for us! Shortest driving route would have taken me 5448 km (81 hours) but luckily I had money for a flight thanks to our year with Titanes! It seems like a nice city, and you can even see the Andes Mountains
from my hotel room! The population is about half of what we had back in Venezuela at around 1.6 million people!
About the Club:
The club won the division we are currentlu in once. That was all the way back in the 2004/2005 season! Hopefully I can manage to do the same, and get the team back in the first division for the first time in 10 years!
This time around we come in with more players to our disposal. The only problem is that apart from Barja and Paz they are all youngsters!! Most have a bery good potential and I am hoping that I can help them reach it. I will have to get more players and I will look to bring more experienced players to build a spine for the team, and also players that might be useful for the long run!
Lets start this new chapter!

Terrible terrible terrible. Even when it seemed like we might be picking up our form, we just got destroyed.
Bottom. There is no way we could make it to the Champions Playoff with the way we are looking. So disappointed as I really thought we had a decent team!
With the break starting after our final game of May, I decided to hand the board my resignation. I feel like I just can't help the club more than I have. On to a new adventure!

Definitely not the start I was hoping for! Only 2 wins in 6 games. We really need to start getting goals and as it seems we are starting to find a rythm (5 in the final two games).
So, we are sitting in 6th currently. Not at all where I thought we would be. Still, only one point seperates us and 4th so I believe we will still be battling for that spot come the end of the regular season!

Didn't expect much from these friendlies as the teams we played were better than us.
4 players were released and I was happy to let them go as they had nothing to give us. Struve wanted to leave basically from the day I arrived so anything we got for him was good. Gonzalez was appointed club captain by me but the board decided to let him go. He was our starting LB and with Struve one of two backup LBs, we are now a bit short in that position.
I know I said that I wasn't going to rely on loans but I couldn't find many free agents that were good enough and wanted to join us. We did bring back Herrera, Rivas and Silva (not shown here because I extended his loan before he left). Hopefully the loaned players can make an impact but they aren't really costly so at most, they will be sent back to their clubs.
This is our team until the next window. I am very happy with it and I can really see us doing better than last season!

Actually think it could be a great move for both parties. West Ham were really lacking a decent keeper. Adrian and Randolph really don't stand out as even decent GK keepers. If he helps them concede less goals, West Ham could really be back better. Last season they were terrible but two seasons ago they were hard to beat. Hart, a CB and a good striker could see them really improve.

December 2017 - End of Season
Not the end I wanted but who cares? We are safe and that is the important thing!
We must look forward now! Making the team stronger is our number one priority.
Stibenson Herrara was a master signing. He did so well! Him and Johan the boy can really lead the line next season I believe. Just need a Venezuelan backup for them because Lagos is Argentinian and I would like to free up the foreigner spot for another position.
There are a few players that I will be looking to keep, with Hererra, Silva and Rivas being the most important in my opinion! I don't want to rely on a lot of loaned players as I believe consistency is key, especially in leagues like this where the level of players is fairly low anyways! A feeder club would probably be our be shot at getting good loan players without waisting a penny.

First thing in my mail this month was a contract offer from the board. They wanted me to stay here for another season. I like the way we are fairing in recent games and I really believe that I can guide this team forward. I accepted the contract and got myself a nice £25 upgrade.
Despite two losses at the start of the month, we picked our form back and won big in the final two games of the month!
Our future star Johan Cubillán has been huge for us since I brought him to the team, 8 goals and 3 assists in 6 games!
Two games to go and we are safe. Hopefully we can cruise in the final two games and get ourselves ready for next season!

Only four games were played this month but damn, what games they were!!! 9-0 and then 10-0! After our collapse in the regular season, I really thought we would struggle but right now we are cruising to survival!
Six games to go and we are already 6 points above 4th. Hopefully we can secure our survival soon!
