And what would happen if I erase the file Susie Real Name Fixes - Club Name Changes FM17_A92C8B5D-A423-4AD6-BFC2-4D28CF68A880 in the editor data folder ? Would I have the changes that I made ?

Is it correct, that if started a game using file "Susie Real Name Fixes...", there would be no chance to change club names. As lnc-files cannot overwrite .fmf file, and erasing .fmf file will not apply to already started game?
