Mate if you can't find better sources don't ask it,it's better to wait for better source Sources of your requests are very small for decent cut in general...Here is Daniele from a bit better source:

I know it wasn't the best one to cut, nonetheless, I'm very happy with the one you made, cause even poor quality cut out seems to me better than gray defeault faces. It makes me feel like my players have no soul..

It'd help if you provided good sources on a clear background but seeing as you haven't, you'll have to wait, just like everybody else. Paun is just about cuttable, but Serban isn't really. Well, I guess the source is cuttable but the cut won't be worth the work imo.

There's 3 other requests pending from that very page and dozens since then, so it's not just you. Sometimes people happen to choose a poor time to request images. For example maxtod77 and fchansa have been on a roll recently, but that doesn't appear to have been the case when you requested. Heaven help us if everybody who requested an image but didn't get it cut came here to moan about it. Not every image gets cut. Be patient and don't come here to whinge, it's not going to get you anywhere.

Of course I shouldn't whinge, but I'm curious why do other worse sources are cut while my not so bad ones are treated like unseen... The players I put here are in most cases very talented youngsters, therefore it's hard to find their good pics with clear background. I try to find the best appropriate one and for some players I devoted even hours to find the best source, possible-cut source, so, please forgive me and understand my exasperation when I wait a month for a cut.

Here are alternative sources for Serban if U say the previous one is impossible for decent cut, maybe this one is better?

My requests were posted on the 10th of April and it's 5th May and I see no chance of getting them cut by anyone. I came here everyday even more than once a day to finally find those pics cut. And, yes, I feel dissapointed and angry, because I often see definitely worse sources being cut after maximum one day... I know it's a hard work, because i've tried to do that more than once and I have no skills at all with computer graphics. I'm just asking, in the moste polite way I can while being pissed off, when shall I see you even trying to cut Serban and Paun?

As I supposed, but it's really hard to find his good pic, but thanks to Maxtod77 and a fast work by Andr3 we have one dark face less

I did a research again and find this pic:
