I bought the Enhanced Data Update. The first time I tried to pay with Google Pay, but it said the payment didn’t go through. Then I tried again with Link, but I haven’t received anything. I checked my bank account and it looks like I was charged twice.

It’s not a problem that I paid twice, but I really just want to receive the product. Can someone help me out? Maybe it just takes a little longer because I’m in Europe, I’m not sure.
