Guys for changing colours etc is really a personal preference....what one person likes the next person may hate etc
To change the colours to what you want You need to edit the settings file.
I have attached the default dark skin settings file but renamed it to Scorpio settings....if you want to swap these over for the one included with the skin and have a mess around with the colour settings

I have set these logos up to show in game....if you look at the config file you will see what needs to be done to get these to show in game
This would be possible for all youth league around the world
(backgounds not included)

Presumably thats the competition logo in the scoreboard (in this case the FIFA logo for a friendly)?

Of course yes....it displays the logo of whichever competition you are playing in.
Clicking the logo takes you to your home page whilst clicking on a club logo will take you to subs etc

This will get you by until the next release.

A TV no matter what size screen does not necessarily have as high a resolution as maybe a small monitor.
To get a high res a monitor is better unless you want to pay a whole lot more for a really high spec TV.
I have a 28 " monitor with a res of 2050 v 1080 and a 36" TV with a lot less.
Most people now have larger monitors with a high res which is why we make skins in a high res too. I personally never made my skins with a res lower than my monitors default res. The main reason is because I had no idea how to.
