@Lightning - yes a skin might do that. It might be some issue with the latest patch and the skin. I can recommend Bergkamp 2014 v5 skin. Never had any problems with the game speed.

PS. png files are larger than jpg (it looks like 6-8 times larger than the same picture in jpeg

)
