The download link for Fenerbache is on page 19 of this thread.
Also if you click on the "Cut Out Faces Mega Pack" located at the top of the main page (it has Lionel Messi's face next to it), i will take you to the download area. Near the bottom of this page you will see several options - 5.00, 4.00, 3.00 & Individual Packs. Click on individual packs & you will have links to all the individual team packs released.

The Search facility is located at the top of the page, just to the right of where you login. The only problem is that it doesn't let you search in a specific area of the site so you will get post from every area rather than just the cut-out forum.

I'm still playing FM08 and he is in the database with UID 890109, I guess it might be an error by SI and they have added him again in a later version of FM.

890109 is correct, he is a physio called Gregor Zieleznik.
I have both cut-outs in my MP too, so I guess it was added in one of the updates.

If you posted a screen shot of the problem it may help.
Are you using any skins? I think someone had a simular problem as some skins have a larger panel for the player image so the game stretches the image to fit which can cause this problem.

I agree, but it's only from people who have seen him in a couple of Champions League games when he plays against their teams that say he's crap. Anyone who has watched a decent amount of European football over the years knows he's quality.
I did start a massive debate/argument with my friends when I suggested he is better than Cantona!!!

Other than that it wasn't a bad performance by England. Sterling did well and Young was a thousand times better than he was at the Euro's.

The old facepack forum can be found here "Old Cut-out facepacks forum", but there is no search function available at the moment.
I do remember a pack was released fairly recently so the best way to find it would be to start on the last page of the "Official FacepacksThread" and work your way backwards (hopefully it won't be too many pages from the end!).

The image that everyone has in the megapack is from a Welsh national team photoshoot, but someone has added the new Arsenal kit on to him. The image I have cut is from Arsenal's official photoshoot which matches the brilliant pack cut earlier this summer, quality wise there is very little between them and I guess it comes down to personal preference (and Mons!).

Ramsey wasn't in the Arsenal pack I downloaded either! I'm assuming he was at the Olympics when the original photoshoot was done.
So not sure what image you have?
