Imagine being 50 years old, and making accusations with no proof at all, just mentioning someone's name to get attention.
I firmly believe that you haven't even compared the 2 files. I downloaded your file, and our files are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT with a whole total other changes. I suggest you download my file and check it too, before accusing my of stealing you. You should be ashamed using someone's name who is in the community for almost 10 years. I am Greek and I have been creating the Cypriot format for my packs since 2017. So, OF COURSE I know how to build the format. I don't care about the other guy you are mentioning, just just drop it, and remove my name from your post. Or at least download and make comparisons before talking publicily about me stealing you.

I can proudly announce the conclusion of this year's update packs! Pointing mistakes/missings is unnecessary, because there won't be updated databases for FM17 any more.
As always, I have made the maximum effort through the whole year to deliver the best work possible and a pack with as many transfers as possible. I hope I didn't let many people down, believe me it was hard to update all these nations and leagues. Still tried to satisfy as many people as possible.
Many thanks to everyone who downloaded my packs through the year, many many thanks to those who donated to further support me. Totally appreciated.
Future seems bright. We are in talks with Stam from FM Scout - Football Manager Community about a possible partnership which will take this work and updated databases to another level. More information and announcements will come in the sort future. You are going to love it.

It will include wonderkids, Indian Super League, the cypriot formation of the leagues, the national C Division of Greece, and some transfers, mainly from MLS.

What's included?
♦ Main focus has been given in these specific leagues:
Belgium : Jupiler Pro League (Jupiler Pro League)
England : Barclays Premier League (Barclays Premier League)
France : Ligue 1 (Ligue 1)
Germany : Bundesliga (Bundesliga)
Greece : Superleague (Superleague)
Portugal : Liga NOS (Liga NOS)
Spain : LaLiga (LaLiga)
Turkey : Spor Toto Süper Lig (Spor Toto Süper Lig)
That DOESN'T mean that you won't find transfers in other leagues. Other leagues are completed in a 70-90% rate. So no worries. More leagues will come by the final winter pack on the 15th of February.

1st post has been updated with the download link. 14.570 database changes until the 25th of December. In Game Details it will wrongly show 0 changes. There is some issue with that, but everything works correctly and all changes are in the game.

FM17 Transfers & Data Update Final Pack / 1.10.2017 / FM17 Transfers & Data Update Final Pack (by pr0)
This update contains 110.538 changes until the 1st of October 2017 that happened after the 17.3 database lockdown. Inside the pack you will find also the instructions text on how to install correctly the files in your game.
Lets see what each file will include:
Updated Transfers :
1. Player/Manager/Staff transfers from all around the world from the very best leagues to the small ones. Also passed away players/staff are removed from database.
2. Contracts/Numbers/Height/Weight/Nationality changes.
3. Added favorite clubs, staffs etc.
General Changes :
1. Added new people who doesn't exist in the database - chairmen/players/managers/staff.
2. Affiliations between teams.
3. Corrected captains.
4. New stadiums.
Wonderkids :
1. New young players created ,who will become world class players in the future ( wonderkids ).
2. In some cases adjusted CA/PA abilities of players under 21,that already exist in the game.
Current Ability / Potential Ability Changes :
1. Adjusted stats and current ability attributes.
2. Adjusted potential ability attributes.
Agents :
1. Agents created, with specific attributes and clients, to add more realism to the game.
Instructions:
Extract the files to : C:\Users\user\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2017\editor data. If editor data folder is not there, create one with this name only. Other names will not recognize the files inside the game.
Then New Career Game. Choose the Football Manager 2017 database option and select my files. You are ready to create an updated new game.
Q: Can we play this update without the CA/PA changes ?
A: Yes , the CA/PA file will be a new file beside the others. If you dont want this file, simply don't choose it when you start a new game.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone. Thank you for your faith, your loyalty and your suggestions all summer. Also a big sorry for the leagues I haven't done, or the missings that I didn't include. I did my best the whole summer to include as much as possible though.
Have a great time until FM17. great games, lot's of luck with crossbars and penalty shoot-outs and we will catch up again for FM17.

Due to my personal desire to update furthermore (will try to update the 2nd divisions of Germany + Spain) , and having real life business to take care of, I will delay the release of the final update.
