I think that coefficients are not good, i have only 16pts at season 19/20 and then 0pts. In your first screenshot i see 5 teams to go in europe competitions, in my save after 1st season, only 4 teams go in europe. Also a problem that i've seen, is that the last team who got relegated also goes in conference league, i check they schedule and they didn't won any cup or play any final.

I started in 4th league with Tuzla and we won the league, promote in 3rd div got a litlle budget boost but we cannot use our 40k p/w wage budget because we are limited by the rules to use only 5k p/w and this is annoying. i think i'm gonna still continue the save because i want to bring them in 1st league using only yugo players and maybe only max 2-3 foreigners u21 sudamericans

Edit: i don't see the coefficient a problem, because we will still have 1 team in UCL and 3 in Conference but this salary limit maybe you can fix it. THX
