The Romanian League is divided in 2 phases. The regular season where the 16 teams will meet twice for a total of 30 matches per team, with the top 6 advancing to the championship play-offs and the bottom 10 qualifying for the relegation play-outs.

While the last season at VERES was coming to an end, i was able to get an offer from a new club…….a Fallen Giant

I accepted the job but only when the team agreed to have me started at the end of the Season with VERES, since i was sure to win the League

I won it and than since it was the last trophy in Georgia that i didn't have, i changed my mind and decided to quit the job and search for a new one

I Won League & Cup and so Georgia was Done, but due to not having a better Coaching Badge yet, i decided to stay one last season with Samgurali in hope of getting better Badges and try to do the miracle and win the Europa Conference League (that will start mid-season)

REALLY GOOD FIRST SEASON

It's European Competition right away, i couldn't ask for a better start

This is the Tactic i will use

I decided to use a Female Manager to spice things (I noted that if you use a Female Manager some teams won't give you the job that you will get with a Male Manager)

i didn't have o wait long to receive the first job offer to coach and it came from Samgurali FC of Georgia

The team is one that got on the National League only recently, so it's the perfect place to start my Journey and make a name for myself

I'm back with another Journeyman save idea

unfortunately the Mediterranean on FM23 got corrupted, so i wasn't able to continue it on FM24 and until the databases needed for the challenge aren't made yet, i decided to start a new one

THE BLACK SEA JOURNEY

This Journeyman will take place on the 6 National Leagues that are located around the BLACK SEA

1 - Georgia

2 - Ukraine

3 - Turkey

4 - Romania

5 - Bulgaria

6 - Russia

The goal for this Journeyman is to:

1 - Start with the lower Coaching Badge

2 - Start Unemployed

3 - Win all 6 Leagues (MAX 3 Seasons to win each League)

4 - Win all the Trophies that are active in each countries, (League-Cup-Supercup and more)

to make more difficult:

You have to win all 3 of the European Competitions (Conference-Europa League-Champions League), if you win one of these trophies, you can add 1 Season to win the trophies that you are missing, before changing country

and even more difficult:
Win an International Competition with one of these Nations (World Cup-European Championship-Nations League), winning one of these competitions will add you 2 more years to win the trophies you are missing + you are forced to win 1 of the 3 available European Competitions (Champions, Europa, Conference)

It's very hard, it's also a miracle that i have come this far, especially in the season 1 of Step 3, i avoided relegation and failing the challenge on the last league match also thanks to the results of the other teams 

Winning the Europa League with Motherwell was also a stressful goal, that i achieved only on the last available season with the scottish team 

It's a VERY HARD challenge 

I dont understand how season 2 in the Premier League went so well 😱🤔
