We stay in Premier League, but we managed salvation only on the last match thanks also to the other teams results

STEP 3

HERE IS MY NEW TEAM

I simulated by going on vacation until the 6th of November to see who was in 19th position in the Premier League and here is the league standings

As you see my next team for the STEP 3 is …………. BURNLEY

As you can see we are still playing in the FA Cup and the Carabao Cup, that is a good thing as it will give us money

But the major shock of our new team was the first match that we will play against …… MANCHESTER CITY, what a debut it will be

this is an image with the result of the first month managing BURNLEY

but the main thing i wanted to show you all was the INSANE penalties showdown that went on against ASTON VILLA in the CARABAO CUP

1 - 1 after 120 minutes and we won 13 - 12 on penalties

Yeah

We may be able to pass at least the First Round, especially since we won against teams like Qatar and Syria that are way stronger. It prove that we are a good enough team to give problems to top nations

SEASON 1

The First Season is over and we got a very good run by taking a team that was on the lower part of the league standings and take it to the 5th position with the possibility to finish higher to even qualify for the Europa Conference League

instead the Cup went bad, getting eliminated right away in the first match that were the Quarter Final

now is time to see what i did with the National Team

WE WON THE WAFF CHAMPIONSHIP

Now is time for the Asian Qualification to the World Cup

(the 2022 World Cup in Qatar as i started the save, way earlier in the 2022 season)

PS: due to a bug, winning the WAFF Championship didn't gave me points and it won't show the trophy in my manager's career timeline

This is the Second idea of an alternative and smaller Journeyman with the basic concept of the Pentagon and the Hexagon challenges. 

A Triangle Challenge where you have to win 3 Champions Leagues from UEFA-CAF-AFC using the clubs that are in the Mediterranean Sea

You can turn it into an Hexagon Challenge by trying to win also the Major Competitions for National Teams from UEFA-CAF-AFC.

RULES

1 – No Coaching Badges and Lower Experience as a Player

2 – Only Top Tier Leauges

2.1 - You can play for 2 teams from the same league only 1 time for Continent

3 – Accept the First National Job and Club Job that you receive (the National Job must be from a country in the Mediterranean Sea, Under Teams are acceptable)

4 – Max 3 Years in a Club with the addition of 1 more if you win a minor Continental Competition, for the AFC you can stay 5 years since it will be very hard to win the Champions League with teams from Syria,Palestine,Lebanon

4.1 - You have to win at least 1 time every domestic competition of the team you manage before changing clubs

5 – YOU CAN'T USE the National Teams of Spain-France-Italy because that would make the challenge too easy, but you can use their Under Teams to try and win the Olympics or other Competitions

5.1 – If you decide to use Spain-France-Italy you have to win the World Cup on the First Try without going on penalties, winning like Argentina did will result in losing the Challenge

6 – YOU CAN'T USE clubs in the Top 50 of the UEFA Coeff.. that play in Spain-France-Italy

7 – WIN all 3 Champions League UEFA-CAF-AFC

8 – WIN the UEFA European Championship, CAF Cup of Nations, AFC Cup (If you want to make it a Hexagon Challenge)(Optional)

The Challenge don't have a Time-Limit since it will be the First Time i do it, but if you want a Time-Limit i would say....21-24 Years

It was a Good season as we were always in the top half of the table but unfortunately we lost too many matches, so we got only 4th Position

Here are the results of the Cups

we were 1 goal away from a UNTHINKABLE COMEBACK in the Finale of the Scottish Cup vs RANGERS 

we were losing 0 - 4 in the first half, we got 3 goals in the second, but weren't enough, we lost (3 - 4)

we got again best coach of the year trophies

and our key player NISBET became 1 of the 2 only no-CELTIC players that got in the TOP 11

Here is the tactic that i will use with MOTHERWELL FC, is the same i used with QUEEN'S PARK in the Finale Relegation Group Stage

STEP 1 - SEASON 2 FINALE

Season 2 of the Step 1 ended in an insane way with a sense of disappointment due to the fact that we could do it even better, making this a miracle type of season with the qualification to an european cup, for some time we were fighting for a place in the champions league

but here are our results in the cups

and here are our awesome journey in the CINCH PREMIERSHIP

in the regular season we ended 7th at 1 point to Aberdeen that got the last place for the Championship Group

so we played for the Relegation Group and since i was 99% sure to avoid relegation, i decide to try another tactic that i'm testing

and the results were INSANE

ON POINTS WE ARE 4th!!!!! so it would had been EUROPA CONFERENCE LEAGUE!!!!

i also got 2 Best Coach of the year, for media and players

STEP 1 - SEASON 2 MINI-UPDATE

We got another coaching badge course that will improve our possibilities of getting a team in Step 2 and Step 3 and of course will help us doing better this season

The Board also agreed to expand the stadium Lesser Hampden seats by 652, to become a stadium of 2652 seatings

SEASON 1

After i got the National C Coaching Badge, the board accepted to give us the possibility to study also for the next 2 badges: NATIONAL B & NATIONAL A

We were doing so well this season that the board accepted to also raise the Youth Staff's Budget

Let's Begin with our adventures in the 3 cups that we played

We didn't do very well, but the important part was getting promoted in the Scottish Premiership 

We did so good that we got into the Play-Off by reaching the 2nd position and so avoided the first round of the play-off

in the final we got ARBROATH that we beat away 1 - 4 and 2 - 0 at home to face ROSS COUNTY in the play-out matches

We won both the matches: 3 - 1  /  2 - 0 and so….WE GOT PROMOTED

I started the challenge and this is my first team

I decided to choose Queen's Park because they are a neo-promoted team (i like to make challenges harder)

ps: i find later that the team have a SUGAR DADDY but only for the league

He is from SAN MARINO, Trafalgar Kidd without any badges and the minimal knowledge of football (made it harder since Ferguson played as a Striker)

3 STEPS JOURNEY

STEP 1 – TEAM 1 (MAX 2 Seasons)

1- In Scotland you must start from the lower division (called the Scottish Championship) and be promoted to the senior (Scottish Premiership) within 2 seasons in season 2 you must get promoted by winning the title.

You are free to use any team except those already equipped to go up.

2- Then (with this same team) it is necessary to obtain salvation the following year (in the Scottish Premiership). Ferguson achieved this with St. Mirren from 1974 to 1978.

STEP 2 – TEAM 2 (MAX 5 Seasons)

1- Stay in Scotland and take the reins of a stronger team and win the Title within 2 seasons, but you can not lead neither Celtic nor Rangers (it would be too easy) nor Aberdeen (Ferguson Managed them). 

2- But that's not all. Always with this second team you need to win three cups in a single year (including possibly the Europa League and the UEFA SuperCup). These enterprises must be concluded within the first 5 seasons.

3- Optionally, you can stay at this club until you equal the same score as Alex Ferguson: 5 national cups, 3 leagues, and 2 European cups. If you decide to do so, however, everything must be conquered no later than 8 years of management. Ferguson achieved this with Aberdeen from 1978 to 1986.

STEP 3 – TEAM 3 (MAX 13 Seasons)

1- You have to go to England and go on holiday until November 6th. 

2- Then you have to take the reins of the team that occupies the penultimate position in the Premier League. 

You can use the in-game editor to take charge of the team if needed, since sometimes the team job isn't available or they won't hire you.

3- The goal is to win: a national cup within the first 4 seasons, the championship within the first 7 seasons, the double (cup and league) within the first 8 seasons, the treble (league, champions' cup and FA Cup) within the first 13 seasons.

4- Optionally, you can decide to stay in this same club until you win exactly: 

2 Champions League

2 Club World Cups

19 National Cups (FA Cup, Charity Shield, Carabao Cup)

13 leagues

2 European Cups (European Super Cup, Europa League). 

But in this case everything must be conquered no later than 25 years of management. Ferguson achieved all this with Manchester Utd from 1986 to 2013.

OPTIONAL

You can also manage the Scotland National Team, since Ferguson did it and try to do better

• Qualify for the World Cup (Ferguson did it)
• Win a World Cup Game (Ferguson was able to do only 1 point due to a draw)

Unfortunately the matches against a Lithuanian club didn't end well, even thought we played on par, even better sometimes

but all hopes were crushed at Minute 93 of the return match

this season we went rather well in european competitions, so i expect the coefficient of our team, League and Cups to raise
