You currently have Mutch's wage contribution by Vancouver at 100%.
This is impossible as he alone would be contributing £28k of the league salary cap of £56k.
Currently it is impossible to register this player to play under your DB as his salary contribution to the cap makes it impossible to register him.

To support this Vancouver have confirmed Mutch is not a Designated Player. His salary cap impact therefore cannot exceed £7.5k per week (Under MLS Roster rules IRL & in game)
So one of 2 things are happening:
1: The most likely and numerous sources confirm this. Crystal Palace are paying a large portion of Mutch's Salary. Meaning the amount Vancouver are paying is minimal and not exceeding £7.5k per week.
2: Vancouver are using TAM (Targetted Allocation Money) to buy down his salary. But the amount of TAM needed to buy down a weekly salary of £28k would far exceed the resources at the club.
