Not sure this is the correct thread for this, but I believe that nations are less inclined in FM20 to hire a manager who has or wants to retain a club job, to better reflect real-life.

Hi i have one question. I m manager of Hajduk Split, a i saw that some nation need a manager and i click declare interest of job. After that always Hajduk board ask me can i manage two teams, and i answer that i can. After that this shows to me, but never any nations dont give me a job. In previous fm thats not the problem
