Can any one help?

Ive just downloaded the Megapack 5.1 and have downloaded, winrar, 7zip and winzip. when i try to unzip/extract the .zip file it crashes and says program not responding. I tried winzip most recently and just left it and about 10 mins later an error message came up, cant remember what the message said as it closed instantly.

Im using a Sony Vaio laptop fairly up to date and hign spec, and using windows 7.
