#711251 Training in countries with long winter break

Hey guys,
Quick question. When managing in a country with a substantial winter break of a month or more, how do you run your training? Do you run it as normal?
I've always done 2 full weeks of rest at first then a few weeks of pre-season stuff and players seem ok but could I be doing it better?
