Firstly,i downloaded files and made list,then just added ID's

Ukrainian regional competitions have been reformed.Now,all former football federations became associations.
Not to post their logos couple of times each one,i made a ZIP with all 27 regional competitions and text file with ID's compatible to each logo.

“Восход” is the russian translation of “Схід”. The club changed “Киев” to “Київ” but remained name “Voskhod”.So,the logo is correct,also team plays on stadium named “Схід”. @bakizp.I'm ukrainian from Kyiv,i know)
