I have FM 23 non game steam and I need db 23.4 . Do you know why potential ability for players in this game is so low ? In FM database 23.4 Dusan Vlahovic has PA of 84 and in my game he has PA 70 and why attributes are not improving no matter what facilities you have and what training you apply .

Attributes for players and couches are not improving in fm 23 but they are decresing regardless of what training facilities you have and how you play them. Any suggestion on how to resolve this issue and how to make attributes not to drop ?

This are files from Football Manager 2023 V23.4 Released At: 19 Oct 2023 03:58:35, not all of the files need to be tested just these files, can anyone fix this issue ? This is a strange thing to need to test and verify files when you can make them compatible with all versions of the game database ( 23.2 ).

Attributes for players and couches are not improving in fm 23 but they are decresing regardless of what training facilities you have and how you play them. I have some files that can't be selected when I start a new game it says " data files need to be tested and verified before it can be used with this database " , that is very interesting ! I have an in game editor but I can't test them I don't have this option. I tried to open them with notepad but strage symbols appeared I can' read it. I have a theory, this is work of gipsis some voodoo magic crp, they have spies everywhere, they want to take over the world and they started with video games. I need verification for fm 23.2 db

I can't change the menu picture. I tried to clear cache, ticked the box “Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences” and reload skin but nothing happend the menu background didn't changed. I tried reset all but nothing happend. When I picked a team and went back to start screen the background changed but I can't reset it back to normal before starting a new game. Does menu page change background if you upgrade facilities to state of the art or stays the same for the team that you picked from career ? Does anyone know how to change menu first page background ?
