You can keep the center of the pitch crowded by making the mid-block press deeper. You can shorten the passing distance and reduce ball losses with it.

when you say making the mid-block press deeper you mean like using the “drop off” instruction?

I chose a positive mentality because Mourinho this year at Roma is trying to retain possession more than last year, and when he struggles to do so, then the long ball to Lukaku is a solution. so I decided to try with this positive mentality.
