It's unclear to me what step you've got to. Are you saying it won't install or won't open once installed?

Remember you have to drag the icon into the Applications folder when you see this:

Are you getting as far as seeing that screen?

Im in the same position. Can get to this screen and download the application but cannot open even after going into applications and right clicking and pressing open
