I FOUND THE SOLUTION 

 

/Users/(YOUR USERNAME)/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 26/

 

search for this in your finder and put the graphics folder there

Still doesn't work for me. I literally tried everything I could found on internet, reddit or other forms. With fm23 you just put them in the graphics folder and put a FM XML on it. Why is it so hard now
