I tried to load into the game but it was stuck on teams warming up and then it ended up freezing and it took me out of the app is there any way I can have this stadium pack without any issues?

I downloaded this pack last week but I struggled to jump onto a game because of it is there any advice you would give to me to resolve this issue?
