Rooney shouldn't be in the side imo. Welbeck and Sturridge up top with Sterling in behind would work a lot better than Rooney with Sturridge. Obviously Hodgson won't change anything especially with making Rooney captain.

Could argue that Rooney has been made captain of both club and country at a time when he could easily be dropped from both sides.

We looked much better when we switched to a 4-3-1-2 last night. I'd keep your front 3, have Henderson and Wilshere as the two outer CMs, and then have somebody who can just sit in the middle. Not sure who mind!

This is kind of weird. I am supposed to DL the file via terafile, which is alright. FIle is called "FM14 Transfers030914.rar". But when I DL the file, it suddenly is an exe, forcing me to install some suspicious application, rather than just unpacking a rar file.
Why isn't there a simple rar file, that let's you unpack and then copy the files yourself, like in every other data update.

You're pressing the wrong button. These horrible download sites always have loads of advertisements with download written on them.

Nani Anderson Hargreaves were signed in like 06/07. The rest spread out over about 6 years. Reckon we can't have spent much more than about £30m a season. Which compared to what we bring in in revenue is a pittance.

Also our revenue is mostly entirely allowed under FFP. Think I read somewhere that we bring in the most revenue in the world when calculated for FFP.

10/11 - £27m
11/12 - £52m
12/13 - £63m
13/14 - £67m

Not massive amounts, but more than £30m a season.

Not sure anyone would be willing to pay what they want with him just coming back from a serious knee injury. This way, they get £12m loan fee, his ~£300k wages off the books, and then United might buy him next summer, or at least if he has a good season, somebody will.
