Is it possible that there's another file in the graphics folder for the team you're editing, perhaps from another pack? Please try it with just the 3 files from the zip file in there. It should work and we did a fair amount of testing prior to launch.

You can add a third kit with the “Football Manager 2022 Editor”, which is available on Steam. This only works for new saves, though. I haven't gotten it to work with any of the in-game editors yet.

Well, I re-did the whole thing from scratch and the new kits are working fine now.

Hello everybody, first time posting here.

I need some help with the 3d kits. After downloading the zip file and putting the folder in the graphics section, the 3d kit does not work, 2d is fine though.

Also, is it possible to implement a third kit if my team only has 2 by default?
