Hi there,

First, thank you for creating this.

I am having trouble with it; some advice would be much appreciated:

On downloading it, it isn't verified. On testing the rules, I got a notification that "stage 0 of the world cup can't find enough teams to be created. 30 teams found, 32 needed.

How could I fix this?
