Tried this earlier and transfers and players changed clubs ??…

What files do I need too get a 2025 start date?

for transfer use this database instead FM24 No Date Changes Data Update all player should be in the right club.
and make it more fun add FM24 Increase Realism Megapack by Daveincid. change CA and PA new player

It seems that loans work only in couple of top leagues.

use this database instead FM24 No Date Changes Data Update all player should be in the right club.

and you can combine with FM24 2025-26 Real Fixture & Results

this does indeed start the game in July 25, however as time has moved on, all the loans expire and all players become older

can be fix by edit contract loan + 2 years, only work on FMScout Update

Custom Start Date for Season 25/26

copy file Custom Start Date.fmf to \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024\editor data

and start New Save Games
