ive shut it all down and restarted in which they are now working apart from all the youth like angel gomes mason greenwood is there a reason why?

hi, I've just got a new laptop so I've saved all my faces to a memory stick from my tower pc, then added them under the graphics folder under sports interactive on the laptop and reloaded the skin etc on fm but they are not working?

am I missing something??

I cant seem to get the faces to work for certain players that are under 20s like the ac Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma and real Madrids Martin Ødegaard, che nunnely from ajax

its like if there 16 I cant have a facepack for them any ideas there didn't work last year
