Extracted the facepack, copied it in to the graphics folder. Previous to todays download, it worked fine but now the game simply doesn't load…

 

As soon as I remove the faces folder, it loads instantly.

 

I have downloaded the DF11 pack tonight and that has installed fine without issue….. any ideas?

I don’t know if you’ve tried it yet, but I downloaded and installed the beta update version via Steam, and after that everything was back

 

Did you download the beta update and then add all of your graphics back? As I downloaded the beta version and had the 'FM is damaged and can't be opened, you should move to the bin' error.

@MJC17  Please give the exact steps you've taken otherwise it's impossible for anyone to tell you were you've gone wrong.

 

There is definitely a config.xml in the rar file.

All my faces, jerseys, and logos are gone. I've re-downloaded everything and tried again, but nothing works. It showed the faces once, but after restarting the game, they were gone again... Any ideas?

 

I have the same issue…. looks like no config file in my faces folder?

Hey, I have downloaded the files and placed them in the graphics folder (On Mac) and now the game won't load past the Manager image on the loading screen? Any ideas…

Hi, I've not used a face pack on previous versions but have bought the premium download, I am on a Mac, I have downloaded the file, copied across to the graphics folder, but the images do not load in game? 

 

I've followed the Youtube and install instructions. The kit file in the graphics folder, works fine? Any Ideas?
