#880761 ALL Issues with premium membership including cancelling- post here[read the opening post before posting]

Hi, I signed up for the Enhanced FM24 Data Update a year ago, it's renewed and taken the money but on the my orders page it lists the payment as ‘Premium Membership’ instead of ‘Data Update’ and I no longer have access to Enhanced FM24 data updates.
