Hi Kyle - Merry Christmas. Two things - can you send me a screen capture of the files that are activated, and then load in the US screen and put your mouse cursor over the icon to show why the US isn't showing up in game? 

 

Hi weirdly I went to do exactly that and it loaded up fine

Hi went start new save the only thing that is missing is US as a nation to choose from I downloaded every FMF correctly
