Hi there! I wanted to ask for a refund, since I'm not using nor playing FM since last year, and I completely forgot to cancel the subscription.

 

I’m in the same boat as this guy. The payment came out today and I forgot I was subscribed. Can you please refund?

I was hoping somebody might be able to point me in the direction of a facepack for FM11? I've tried searching the site with no success so hoping somebody may be able to help.
