NOTE: For leagues that run from April to November, you should select the day or week immediately after the final matchday as the start date. From my experience with the Norwegian league, I set the start date to December 15th (since the league had not reset yet), because starting on December 11th causes the game to crash ; an issue that has also been reported by other users.
