I won the Bundesliga with Leverkusen using Xabi ‘s tactic, won the LIGA with Girona using Michel Sanchez’s tactic and finished 2nd in Ligue 1 with Nice using Farioli's actual tactic

yes you're right but this is Flick's emulation so it is tested with Bayern

I just emulate real managers tactic

For example Farioli's Nice I tested with Nice, Xabi Alonso's Leverkusen with Bayer Leverkusen, Michel's tactic with Girona etc

When you are defending a lead in a game the temptation everyone has (including myself) is to switch to a cautious or a very cautious mentality and put all your players in defend leaving only the tallest forward (e.g. Lukaku) in attack. Well, that's wrong, If you do so, your opponent will gain all the space and score, no matter how weak they are., the best thing you can do is increase possession (play with slower tempo and shorter passing even much shorter) and play for set pieces and wasting time, that helps your team to retain possession. 

With a stronger team, the only thing I may do is change to a balanced mentality only for the beginning to see how it goes, but in this season with Roma I did not do it either with Liverpool (and I lost but not so terrible as I expected)

I chose a positive mentality because Mourinho this year at Roma is trying to retain possession more than last year, and when he struggles to do so, then the long ball to Lukaku is a solution. so I decided to try with this positive mentality. Yes I tested the 4-3-3 just in some matches with Arsenal, but in most of the matches I used the 4-1-4-1. 

I tested the 4-3-3 with HSV Hamburg for all the first season  2022-23 matches in 2te Bundesliga 

no the only thing I did is install DF MEGAPACK from here and the Tang Fu Skin 

With Narigon Skin you can change the background, just click on the button on the up right corner that button has a circle shape , you can change the background of the game, the color, you have many choices

Yes that was a great season with Genoa and I got hired by Juventus (they finished 9th as you can see in the Serie A stats), I will try to rebuild them with this tactic too. Gasperini started his career at Juventus Youth Team and in the past in many occasions he was on the point to get hired by Juve but they did not hire him at the end. 

The skin is Trung skin I found it on FM Blog.  I don't know how tok create skins, I really admire those people who can edit skins, graphics and also databases, they are genius

It's a pity that Pioli said he probably will play with a 4-3-3 this year, as a Milan fan I was happy to see the beautiful play with 4-2-3-1 but they are changing everything
