I've tried this tactic in a Doncaster save and oh my, the in-posession and out-possession formations flow so natural into eachother and it has got my players firing on all cilinders. Gibson is doing an awesome job as right midfielder / winger and Hanlan is scoring for fun. Well thought out tactic for underdogs.
