Works great for Arsenal, currently second in the league with this tactic.
Sometimes I changed the striker role into Deep Lying Forward - Attack if my team is struggling for possession. I also changed the role of right back into Full Back - Automatic and left back into Wing Back - Automatic, and my team is leading in assists department.
