The TCM Megapack highlights the federation logos instead of flags on large sizes (the flags remain for the icons).
If you want to see the flags, you have to go to the "Others" and "Nations" folder and rename the "Nations" folder to "1Nations".

it has removed all nationality badges on every player and randomly on most french league teams

why does the national badges disappear when downloaded?
