sorry ive never used Mac so i have no idea any mac users out there able to help???maybe this can help           Where Should I save files to?

Whether you have created the files yourself or downloaded them they need to be placed in the following locations for them to be loaded into the game.

PC – Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2020 > editor data

Due to a change on Mac OSX with Catalina regarding permissions, Sports Interactive made a substantial change to how Mac FM documents are stored. Previously the files would automatically be generated in the Documents folder here:
Users/YOUR Mac USERNAME/Documents/Sports Interactive

Now the files will instead appear in the following location:

Mac - Users/YOUR Mac USERNAME/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2020 > editor data

By default this folder is hidden, so to access you need to do as follows:
Open Finder
Click ‘Go’ from the menubar
Press and hold down the ‘Option’ (Alt) key
This will bring up the ‘Library’, click to enter then go to ‘Application Support’ -> ‘Sports Interactive’ -> ‘Football Manager 2020’

Thank you - However I now only see my custom start date file when clicking on database even though both files are in the same place. When downloading on Mac, the download becomes a folder. Am I meant to compress this or something else. Im sorry never used custom mods on FM before - any help would be appreciated
